GHOBO — Exchange & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with GHOBO! We take pride in crafting quality products and want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
- You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, before it’s shipped.
- To cancel, contact our Customer Support with your order details.
- Once verified, the cancellation will be processed and any amount paid will be refunded within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
2. Returns
Eligibility :
- We offer returns only for select product categories as specified on the product page.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Return Request
- Initiate a return by contacting us via Email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- Once the returned product reaches us and passes quality check, we will notify you of the return status.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment source.
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Note: Shipping charges incurred at the time of original delivery are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
Size or Variant Exchanges :Â
- GHOBO allows one-time exchange for size or variant changes on eligible apparel.
- Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- The item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Exchange Process
You can choose one of the following methods:
a. Parcel Exchange
- Send the product back to our designated address via courier.
- After verification, your new item will be dispatched.
b. Pick-up Service
- We can arrange a pickup from your address (charges may apply).
- Once received and inspected, we will ship the exchanged item.
4. Price Differences
- If the exchanged item is higher in value, you will be asked to pay the price difference.
- If it’s lower in value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
5. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products explicitly marked as final sale
- Accessories or merchandise categories noted on individual product pages
- Customized or personalized products
- Items without original packaging or with removed tags
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photo/video evidence of the issue.
- We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
7. General Conditions
- All returns and exchanges are subject to verification and approval by our quality team.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if eligibility criteria are not met.
- Items returned after the stipulated time frame will not be accepted.
